Neurofeedback

    Working primarily with dysregulation

"Controlling our children is never the real goal.
Teaching our children self-control is the goal."

   - Dr  David Erickson

What is Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback or neurotherapy, is a technique that aims to train the brain to regulate its own activity.
Neurofeedback only measures electrical activity and provides feedback to the brain via sound.

How does it work?

It involves monitoring brainwave patterns using electroencephalography (EEG) and providing real-time feedback to the individual. This feedback helps the person learn to enhance or suppress certain brainwave patterns, which can improve regulation, attention and sleep patterns.
