Therapeutic Youth Workers are intentionally matched to individual children and young people to create dedicated Care Teams who will support them. These Care Teams engage in ongoing training and professional development and participate in regular reflective practice to foster environments of learning and growth. This helps us ensure we are providing the best quality of care to children and young people in our homes.
Our Team Leaders and House Coordinators hold both knowledge and experience of the NSW residential care system. They work within each of the homes to ensure that every child and young person has an individually tailored, lived experience with us which is both homelike and therapeutic.
Our goal is to foster a sense of safety, stability, and positive relationships, empowering children and young people to develop resilience, emotional well-being, and the skills necessary for a successful transition to independent living or re-establishing connection with their families.
