The Executive Leadership team at Aspire Homes Australia have a combined experience base of over 65 years in NSW OOHC,
covering case management, service coordination, placement matching, senior management and governance; and we hold relevant post-graduate
qualifications.
We are experienced in the provision of therapeutic care and acknowledge the need for effective permanency planning.
We understand that fear and disruption that comes with a need for a child or young person to enter an IPA placement, which will often result in the loss of relationships and connections.
We offer empathy, compassion and nurture to children and young people while providing them with high quality care and support to transition to more permanent placements.
Every child and young person has unique needs and this sometimes means an individually tailored model of care that revolves around them
and their circumstances - this is a bespoke model.
We work with agencies to develop and deliver a care experience that is responsive, flexible and adaptable where required.
Our ethos is Safe Homes, Safe People and our policies, procedures and practice are built on these pillars.
We are intentional about the people we recruit to join our teams.
We help to develop planned transitions to permanent placements and support each child and young person on the journey.
We listen to each child and young person's preferences for daily routines and schedules.
We work closely with service providers, knowing this is beneficial to positive, clear outcomes for children and young people.
We implement approved behaviour support practices and hold a therapeutic lens in all aspects of our work.
We work closely with health and education departments to ensure continuity of care where possible.
We currently service Sydney, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga, Newcastle and surrounds.
Aspire Homes is an accredited residential Out-of-Home Care provider under the Office of the Children’s Guardian. We hold Exemption under S126 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977, to hold spectific recruitment for Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander persons to meet service needs.
